30th ANNUAL CONSIGNMENT SALE

Terms of Sale:

• Cash, Good Check Due on Auction Day, Credit Cards (5% Clerking Fee)

• A 10% buyers fee will be charged for all items purchased with a cap of $500 per single item over $5,000

• All purchases must be picked up and removed from the premises by noon on Sunday, April 24th

• Consignor will be charged a commission of 25% for each item $49 and below, 20% for each item $50-$199, 15% for each item $200-$999, and 10% for each item $1,000 and above.

• Items bought by consignor must be paid for on day of sale.

• There will be a $25 no sale charge for any items that do not get a bid. 

• There will be a $25 buy back charge for items bought back for a price of $999 and below and $50 for any item bought back at $1,000 and above.

• All vehicles must have a clear title provided when consigned. 

• Payout for consignments will be made within approximately 10 days by Ridgely's Auction Service.
